SPACER BARS

The window spacer bars are induction welded aluminium profiles, produced
of 0,25 to 0,45mm thick aluminium band (strip). The thickness of the band depends
on the size of the profile.

ALUAX - Ltd. offers the whole range of window spacer bars (B=6,5mm high, A=5,5
to 19,5mm wide) to its customers.

The length of the profile can vary from 4 to 6m, depending on the customer's wish.
The standard (factory produced) profiles are 5m long.

The production is packed into cardboard boxes, the quantity in which is also in
accordance with the customer's desire.

ALUAX - Ltd. also offers to its customers the possibility to personalize their products
by stamping their logo or an inscription of max 25 symbols on equal intervals of 0,3m
on the profile.

In the near future, a profile is about to be released with butyl on both sides of the profile
and isolating paper band, by which ALUAX - Ltd. hopes to help those businesses, which
do not have their own butyl extruder.
