ALUAX - Ltd. is a company founded in 1994 by high-qualified specialists in the field of machinery construction. The company is the only one in Bulgaria dealing with production of window spacer bars and accessories for double-glazing, as well as construction and production of machines and tools needed for this activity. |

| 1995 | The profiling mill for the production of aluminium window spacer bars ALX 9-11 WS was installed and commissioned. Several attempts to enter Bulgarian market were conducted. |
| 1996 | ALUAX - Ltd. conquers 50% of the Bulgarian market. |
| 1997 | The idea of producing and releasing new generation machines was born. Line type ALX 5-20 WS was designed. |
| 1998-99 | Three profiling mills were produced and sold. The company is expanding. |
